Hi,
I have a question about forgiveness-how do I know if I really have forgiven someone? My father sexually abused me when I was a child, and I thought I had forgiven him several years ago, but now I'm not so sure because suddenly I have alot of emotions coming up again(eg. grief, anger etc). How do I know?
